In WWII, Pathfinders were small groups of soldiers dropped behind enemy lines to set up guidance for the incoming flights bringing in more troops and supplies.  They were usually the first ones in, and they were responsible to understand the terrain and set up guidance systems to bring in the troops who were following.

In our endeavor to look into special ways to help our clients, a former Army Captain declared that Jim was a true “Pathfinder” trying to navigate the way for clients.  The name stuck.
